As described in the paper, we used two testbeds for our experiments. Each testbed has its own datasets, setup, and tools. We also provide the root DNS datasets, and a common system tool for traffic estimation and routing policy selection. We have organized the datasets and tools as following:

• Tangled dataset: tangled dataset
• Peering and other dataset: peering and root DNS dataset

• Peering tools: peering tools
• Anygility system tools: Traffic estimation and selection tools

We also provide the scripts to generate the graphs that we showed in our paper:
