Verfploeter/pinger: Active Measurement of Anycast Catchements

Verfploeter is a set of tools: Pinger, Packetcapr, and Pingextract. Pinger sends pings to a hitlist read from stdin. Packetcapr runs at each anycast site and relays the data to a central site for analysis. Pingextract extracts replies (generated in response to Pinger) to stdout. All are written Wouter de Vries.
