14:40 site_dependencies_noclick.csv Dataset Generation and File Description These traces were generated by crawling the Tranco top 100k websites using OpenWPM. Three separate measurements were done. Each has the following files: • site_rank_failure.csv with columns: • rank: Rank of the website according to the Tranco top list. Starts from zero. • site: FQDN of the website. • failure_reason: If crawling failed for this website, specifies the error reported by OpenWPM's Firefox instance (e.g., dnsNotFound). Empty if crawl was successful. • site_root_fqdn.csv with columns: • site: FQDN of the website. • root_fqdn: FQDN of the website's root (landing) page, after following redirect chains, if any. • site_dependencies.csv with columns: • site: FQDN of the website. • dependency_fqdn: FQDN of the dependency. • resource_type: Type of the resource loaded from this dependency, as reported by OpenWPM's Firefox instance. (e.g., main_frame, stylesheet.) • count: Number of resources of a given type loaded from a given dependency for a given site. (In other words, this table is a mapping from (site, dependency_fqdn, resource_type) to count.) • site_dependencies_noclick.csv with the same structure as site_dependencies.csv, but we only count dependencies in the root (landing) page, and not include the 5 internal links that we click on. • fqdn_ip_asn_org.csv with columns: • fqdn: FQDN of a website or dependency. • ip_address: IP address that this FQDN resolved to. There may be several IP addresses for a single FQDN, one per row. • asn: AS Number advertising this IP address. • as_org: AS-Organization corresponding to this AS Number, obtained using CAIDA's AS2Org [[1]] dataset. • fqdn_cname.csv with columns: • source: "Source" FQDN of a CNAME link in a CNAME chain. (e.g., if example.com aliases to example.com.cdn.cloudflare.net, this field will be example.com.) • target: "Target" FQDN of a CNAME link in a CNAME chain. (e.g., if example.com aliases to example.com.cdn.cloudflare.net, this field will be example.com.cdn.cloudflare.net.) • ipv6_full_he_outcome.csv with columns: • site: FQDN of an IPv6-Full website. • all_used_aaaa: True if all FQDNs required to load this website were accessed using IPv6 by OpenWPM's Firefox instance, else False.
