It looks like it made landfall about 3pm EDT (19:00Z).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Trinocular Internet outage detection showed the first residential <a href=\"https:\/\/outage.ant.isi.edu\/?zoom=8&amp;lon=-82.122218&amp;lat=26.954315&amp;canvas=dark&amp;ts=1664389320&amp;speed=1&amp;db=ostreaming&amp;grid=0.5&amp;splash=0&amp;poi_scale=3&amp;ddown=dtli,-82.0,26.5\">Internet outages starting around 2:20pm EDT (18:22Z)<\/a> and they go up from there.
